Viktor Lorenzen has accepted an athletic scholarship to play for Blue Mountain College (BMC) in Mississippi. The BMC Toppers compete in one of the top conferences in all of NAIA Division-I basketball.
Viktor joins BMC after his only season with Global Squad was cut short by a broken wrist. He suffered the injury halfway through his 3rd game with the Gold Dragons on a dunk attempt. Despite playing in less than three games, Viktor did enough to convince the Global Squad coaches he’s capable of playing at high-level.
Viktor is a 6’6 shooting guard with the size, strength, and skill to play immediately. He is an extremely good jump shooter and on-ball defender. BMC’s head coach, JD Parker said of the signing,”Viktor is a sharp kid and very talented. He won’t take long to adjust. We’re very excited.” Coach Parker is right. BMC Toppers just added a stud to their roster.
